Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are also not liable for lost or stolen packages once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and results in a misdelivery, TIFF’s Life of Growth is not obligated to offer a refund or replacement.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Canada through Canada Post Standard Shipping.
Our Shipping rates are $5.00 at this time.
Time Frame - Delivery within 1-2 weeks

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at tiffslifeofgrowth@gmail.com
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to postal services or weather conditions. However, we will always try to assist in resolving any issues—please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window.
