TIFF’s Life of Growth strives to ensure customer satisfaction; however, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with the stated eligibility criteria.

Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from returned items shipped via third-party carriers. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain proof of shipment and ensure the return package is delivered safely.

By placing an order on tiffslifeofgrowth.ca, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept responsibility for complying with the return procedures.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At TIFF’s Life of Growth, each item is made with love and intention. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we ask that you read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The wrong item was received.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • A brief explanation

  • Clear photo(s) of the issue (if applicable)​

We’ll provide instructions and return shipping details from there.

Exchanges
